Resilience, is the ability to recover from difficult situations or adapt to challenges and sets back.
This involves dealing with uncertainty situations without being overwhelmed or carried away by the situation.
It involves finding ways to thrive ( Adapting to new strategies in overcoming such adversity). Developing new skills in response to challenges as well using setbacks and failures as opportunities to learn , growth and development.
Building resilience involves, self awareness, growth mindset ( learning from setbacks) , and coping skills ( adaptability). Practice gratitude and positivity.
It increases self confidence and self esteem and ability to navigate uncertainty situations
Building resilience is a continuous process , you start small steps , gradually work on developing these mindset with time and practice you will become more resilient.
