mindfulness is the paying attention to your thoughts , feelings and sensation without distraction. In other words is the practice of being present in the moment, or at a particular scenario, paying quality attention without judgement.

Bring mindfulness into daily activities like eating, walking or showering by paying attention to your senses and the experience


Overcoming challenges in mindfulness practice, involves recognizing obstacles or setbacks as opportunity for growth and learning. Start small and be consistent.

Starting a short daily session and gradually increasing duration and frequency.
