My name is Tunga.
I do handle all software problems but when it's comes to delivery and marketing I'm lacking behind. It is either late or no supply.
I started my brand 2021 with no collaboration, but I need
an expert to handle my marketing platforms. But I really want to make a forest all by myself, greediness, jealousy , selfishness and more of self interest couldn't allow me. I tried all I could to learn marketing but i couldn't.
Embah Goje has diploma in marketing from one of the well known polytechnic along this axis. He applied for a setting position in my brand, but I felt working with him will make him influential, also he will gain ( benefits ) , from me also along the way he will like to start his own brand and as such , I'm loosing customers. I declined his application.
Mr. Embah started a mini brand, there he struggles to get software problems fixed.

In year 2023, i took in Embah and we started sharing ideas and innovations.
And in year 2024 I was awarded the best productive and innovative brand also his brand was unveiled as an best upcoming brand GOJE SHOP UR NEED's.
There's success in togetherness.
Here i will be sharing merits ( advantages) and reasons y we need the bond ( together).

3.Increases the organization's potential.
4.Overall problem-solving becomes easier.
Working collaboratively, instead of individually, helps improves and widen productivity and gives one a sense of purpose in the organization.
